Pauline is a Senior Test Executive wih more than 15 years I.T and testing experience, 5 years of which has been at a Strategic Management Level, leading multiple, globally distributed teams to complete complex and business critical work.
Most recently Pauline has specialised in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Data Protection Bill (DPB).
Pauline's talks come based on her extensive experience from how she got into testing, the challenges of rapidly evolving technologies, and data protection, how she shattered the glass ceiling to reach a senior executive position, the role bullying and parental abuse played in her life and how she channelled that experience into success. Also the future of testing and why it isn't just a route in to becoming a developer, but how testing is a challenging and rewarding career in its own right.
She also talks on Autism and her experience as a mother of a gifted son with Asperger's Syndrome, and Anti-bullying from the point of view of the victim and mother of a victim of violent bullying.
