At 42 years old I had had enough of the creeping Middle Age Spread (MAS) - the Low Calorie Diets, the hours of sweating in aerobics classes only for the MAS to spread further. I decided to give it one last shot at changing my body before throwing in the towel and accepting my fate.

​

I signed up for a HND in Health and Fitness and within 6 months I had shed almost 1 and a half stone, and 7% body fat. My waist was now 26" - almost back to my 18 yr old shape! 

​

Here's the big wow - my calorie intake was up by over 500 calories per day!

​

Now I want to help everyone else to understand their body and fitness needs.
